Just to be clear, Boehlert's a jerk/idiot. The person taking the survey was NOT a telecomm employee. I've worked in the industry for 20+ years and every telecomm company uses phone surveys.
Don't ever open your door for anyone unless you called for them.

I just want to go on record: Maddow repeated the lie TWICE before mealy-mouthing the correction. Once last night and again just before the correction: Shame, shame shame. Every legitimate news source starts with "CORRECTION:" first.

This is unforgiveable, along with a million other examples.
