Actually Chuck Purgason was a co-sponsor for SJR 25 that put Prop. C on the ballot (http://www.senate.mo.gov/10info/bts_web/cosponsoredby.aspx?SessionType=R&legislatorid=411). I believe that answers the challenge to his level of support for it. I for one will be voting for it.
