I find it vastly amusing, Mr Cramden, that in claming to be such a rare and unique person, you are utilizing a criminal thinking error. congrats on your detox, etc. mad props. but lets get real, if you get do it, so can anyone who tries. some people need help down that path.

Thats not how things work on PPS, parole, or probation. the DA has nothing to do with it. it is entirely between the PO and a Judge, and the PO can do anything on the fly to prevent a threat to the public. check your facts.

lautonn, our CJ system is setup by mostley private courts that dont give a damn if anyone gets treatment or help. 80% of the prison population is mentally ill in some way, and we dont help them. such treatment is voluntary and looked down upon by the system. if you wont to fix the system, try being a help instead of a hindrance.

these cases are allways sad. I hope one day they can forgive thier parents and be free of thier pasts. God watch over all of them

excuses. excuses, all of them. life is hard, and sometimes decisions are hard. but if it was a choice of leaving my comfort zone to protect my son, i would do it without hesitation. and psychologically, this woman didnt 'snap', or she would have 'snapped' before, during, or after an attack. she premeditated homicide, which is shown psychologically that she was in full control of all her senses. she is responsible for what she did.

I doubt i would take your opinion on anything jenn. you make bland statements not supported by fact and seem to specialize in personal attacks.
Obi, i feel for you. it has to be hard to be a man and admit abuse. i know it happens because it happened to a friend.
the rest of you, when you cant find any facts to support your "beliefs" or "feelings", dont resort to personal attacks.
and Jenn, lets not pretend youve never hurt anyone. if emotional or mental damage was an offense, how long would you be in prison for?
