FYI: The interview and exam process for the SPD focuses largely on how many ways you can convince them of your massive love and tolerance of all races. Seriously, questions piled upon more questions layered and devised like an interrogation to determine your color blindness. It's clearly the main focus.

How has racial diversity improved your ability to do your job?
How do you work with other races while respecting there values?
Describe to us a personal situation of how you have embraced multiculturalism to better your community.
And on and on and on etc.

Doubt that, if they were driving around shooting it would be almost impossible to find all the brass. They can lay in grass and weeds unseen, fall down a storm drain etc. They would find some, but not all.
