What did the 23 year old expect.??? I mean YES what the 20 year old did was very wrong but I am sure shock had a lot to do with it! If you are gay that is great and fine but do not pretend to be someone you are not with out letting the other person know up front! My goodness its for your own safety!

WOW ...president of a University and not a citizen...kind of shocking actually! I would have thought that would have to be a prerequisite to become president of a University. Oh well...congrats on becoming a citizen and THANK YOU for going through the processes legally!!!!

How terrible!!! May this young man rest in peace! I hope that these kids are tried as an adult and are given full punishment. This was sadistic! They caused suffering and pain and in the end death and they think this was ok. I pray for the family of all involved!

I agree because even in the girls first story she says she heard her say....

"She was saying 'No, get off of me. (She was) mad. ..." Then she changes in that same testimony to say that she laughed about it ect. It tells me that she really did say get off of her and that the girl may have switched up to save her friends as you suggested! I think the prosecutors jumped the gun on this one!
