This reinforces what I have been saying all along. If you have nothing to hide, why are all your records sealed. This man is not who he says he is. He is truly the "Manchurian Candidate". I fear for the future of this country as long as this poseur remains in the White House.

We need to institute term limits. None of these people should be in office longer than 4 years. When we started this country, the leaders realized this and, as I recall, the legislators only served for 3 years. After 3 years, it was back home to their regular job. None of this staying in office forever, so they could cultivate larger and larger donations to make themselves very rich. No more Pelosi, Rangle, Boxer, Maxine Waters, etc. It's time to send all of these miscreants home.
Oh, I almost forgot, you can ship dumbass Hillary Clinton out on the same boat.
My considered opinion is that the UN is a bunch of nitwits. Why we put up with their B.S. is beyond me. We need to pack up that whole bunch and ship them back to wherever they came from. We can use the building for a homeless shelter.

I have personal knowledge that Del Mar, CA and San Diego, CA have intersections with short yellows. Both of the intersections listed are posted 45 mph. The California Manual For Uniform Traffic Devices has standards for minimum yellow light durations in various speed zones. For a 45 mph zone, the minimum yelliow interval is 4.3 seconds. At El Camino Real and Via de la Valle in Del Mar, southbound, the interval is only 3.5 seconds. At Aero Drive and Murphy Canyon Road, westbound, the interval is 3.6 seconds. At the Del Mar intersection, I personally timed the yellow for 10 cycles with a stopwatch. I did the same thing at the San Diego location. In addition, at the San Diego location, the fools have the interval printed right on the photos they mailed out with the violation notice. My personal opinion is that this practice is widespread. Shortening the yellow will increase the number of violations, and therefore the revenue. This whole camera operation is a racket, and the people that install them are basically criminals.
Why does this surprise anyone. Obama has an agenda and we all now know what it is. His lapdog Eric Holder doesn't have the brains to come in out of the rain, as evidenced by his lawsuit against the State of Arizona. Holder filed the lawsuit in District Court. Unfortunately for Holder, the U.S. Constitution clearly states that in disputes between the Government and a State, the U.S. Supreme Court is the forum having jurisdiction. I guess in addition to not reading the Arizona statute before criticizing it, Holder has never read the U.S. Constitution either. These people all need to be out collecting unemployment insurance.
What needs to be done is a national campaign for Nullification. The government is completely out of control. The Founding Fathers anticipated that this might happen and this is exactly why they set up the government like they did, vesting the states with the authority to nullify acts that were designed to vest more power in the government, to the detriment of the States. We need to use the 10th Amendmen to smack these fools upside their respective heads until they get the message.

Ken is right on. I would bet the farm that none of those ACORN employees who were "fired" and a result of the sting videos are out of a job. ACORN management merely moved them somewhere else.
ACORN is corrupt from top to bottom and the only way to fight them is through a criminal RICO prosecution. The trouble with that is getting the Justice Department to initiate an action. Perhaps if we bombard Congress witih phone calls, e-mails and faxes, we can get some action. We need to remind these Congressmen that they work for us, and if they don't do their job, we can fire their sorry asses at the polls come next election.
