I have to agree. The practice of cropping ears, docking tails and debarking should be banned.
Debark the vet and take away his license. It is cruel to debark a dog, crop their ears or cut off their tails. if dogs were meant to have this done they would have been born this way. Cropping ears and tails is a painful procedure that opens the door to infection and worse yet death from infection. What a wonderful civilized world we live in. My dogs are all happy, wag their tails and perk their ears up just fine without surgical torture.

Some people should not be allowed to breed. How many times have we seen on the news that peoples cars are stolen because they leave them unattended and running? Too many. I see people running into the gas station mini mart with their car running still. Even after all the warnings on the news and by law enforcement. Unfortunately you can't fix stupid but birth control and a comprehensive test before they are allowed to have children might help.
Actually a bunch of small quakes does not lessen the chance of a larger one. These could be pre shocks to a larger quake.
