This is an EXCELLENT analysis, I am particularly greatful for the factual/historical corrections. While I despise this presidency and the dangers it has created, I feel compelled to point out a few "stern" sentences that are worth jotting down for future reference. Obama did say some things I would not expect:

* "America's strong bonds with Israel are well known. This bond is unbreakable."

* "Six million Jews were killed – more than the entire Jewish population of Israel today. Denying that fact is baseless, ignorant, and hateful."

* "Over seven years ago, the United States pursued al Qaeda and the Taliban with broad international support. "

* "I do believe that a woman who is denied an education is denied equality. And it is no coincidence that countries where women are well-educated are far more likely to be prosperous."

The real question I have is will he act upon these words, or will they, like so many other Obama statements, have an expiration date?

Those tea party folks? This is your tell.. you share her opinion. You think that we are a bunch of screwed up haters. We could tell you a million times that these were about protesting BOTH parties, but you won't buy it. Yes, there were people there slamming Obama and slamming Democrats. But they were in the minority. The vast majority of these protesters are mad at government in general. Yet the tattooed bimbo spews hatred as fact. SHE is the one that needs to do some research. If you want to focus just on Obama, (since this is all the left thinks this was about) there are PLENTY of reasons to dislike Obama, but his race is NOT one of them. Besides, he's also half white. Cut the crap about him being black. He's AMERICAN, like Tiger Woods, Derek Jeter, Mariah Carey, etc. Calling him black is like calling a rum and coke just a coke.

I've already done this. We live in Texas and home school. But big government still gets its money, I pay about $3000 per year in prperty taxes specifically to the school district. We need to change tax codes too.

Steve, do you have any data or a link to back up thte 100:1 ratio you mentioned? Id like to use that number in future articles if its indeed accurate.

The problem with term limits is tht the people whos terms will be limited are the ones that need to create and pass the legislation. We might as well be asking them to pass a salary decrease.

I find it interesting that Liberals love posting at conservative sites, becuase we LET THEM. I've been banned twice from Kos, and my comments to some of OBama's official sites have also been filtered out. Not for swearing or rudeness, but for the fact that I do not support Obama.

Please show me a single Bush policy that led to our current economic situation. Have you not read anything about the cause of it? The housing bubble burst is the start of it. This bubble was created by Carter, made worse by Clinton and ignored by Frank, Dodd and others. If you say "8 years of Bush" you are simply repeating the lie spread by Team Obama. Do some research or stop talking.
