Don't worry, patriots, we're almost through. Just one more year of waiting for the big day that never comes and "Obama" is safely out of office, mission accomplished, thankyouverymuch.

I wonder at what point it will sink in that we've been played, pacified in the ever-extending wait for the "universe shattering" stuff to come out.
(And seriously, compared to the birth certificate, nothing Zullo has testified about qualifies as "universe shattering".) And don't even get me started about the "new evidence" that "will convince even the greatest skeptic" that the BC is a forgery - nothing to see here, move along.

Note that the "we" in the previous paragraph refers to most of the crowd here, not all. I've said years ago (after the big promised March press conference never came) that Zullo is just trying to string us along, but I've only been called names for stating the obvious.

The problem is, this getting us nowhere. The courts have closed the door on the two citizen parent theory, Congress won't do anything either and the public is utterly uninterested in debating Constitutional law (of which Apuzzo is not a scholar BTW - just for the record, I don't buy the Vattel argument, but that's another story).

Right now, this is nothing but a distraction (any GOP candidate without two citizen parents or birth in the US won't open that can of worms either because the courts and Congress will again punt on the issue).

The only substantial issue is people taking to the streets. Nothing else will accomplish anything.

Not sure that would work.
This would amount to having a court decide a matter of legal interest (anyone can craft a contract such that filling one field would amount to having to "decide" a legal question).
The merely abstract danger that someone could perjure himself will likely not confer standing.
(Just remember how courts in "birther" cases ruled that the mere abstract danger that a future candidate might be ineligible is not enough to establish standing.)
There simply is no "case or controversy" in the legal sense.

[NB. Don't discuss standing as a legal concept with me here. We can only discuss how the courts actually rule, not how we would like them to.]

No, for two reasons.
First, SCOTUS resolves "conflicts" between Circuit Court of Appeals rulings, it does not care about ballot commissions.
Second, what conflict are you referring to? Is there a state that has ruled different from NH?

Of course he is an Obot. His Hawaiian "investigators who can't believe what they're finding" disappeared. His big "October surprise" was a lame challenge "charity donation for BC release". He was hired to discredit birthers.
