Just what we need the opinion of the Governor of the most bankrupt state in the nation, loosing jobs, employers, buried in bureaucracy and drowning in regulations. I got it, pass another law, that will fix the problem.

1. Why is the FBI in charge of IED research to protect the military? Isn't that the military's job? The FBI should stick to domestic crime and intel, as is their charter. This sounds like more pork for the Alabama lobby.

2. The tanker contract in question has been out there for 10 years, back into the Clinton Administration. So there is no one to single out on this. An objective review of the contract would seem to be in order and we can only benefit from such a review.

NBC employed Conan for 12 years, making him rich and famous. Additionally, I didn't hear him complaining when Jay lost the Tonight Show while #1 in the ratings and Conan certainly didn't turn the job down. But hey, now that the shoes on the other foot and he only gets another 45 million it's sooooooooo unfair. Oh those rascals at NBC, boo hoo.
