The TOP 'lawmakers' love to waste taxpayer time and create smoke and mirrors to hide what they are doing behind the curtain. College football?!? Smoke and mirrors.

Why not balance the power of the two old parties (TOP) with reform to the House of Representatives? The Federal court system selects random registerd voters who accept or decline without need for justification. The court would have to verify that the prospective Rep. meets the few requirements (read/write/neverbeenelectedtopublicoffice).
The Representatives could serve for up to 4 years. They may leave at any time (They still must give two weeks notice) and they will also be subject to a vote of confidence by their constituants on the general ballot each year.
I believe that this is about our only hope of ever bringing the political machine, the TOP, under control and making our government work for We the People again. The TOP would spin the reform as an all-out attack on their power. It is not; it is a compromise and it is a compromise that still benefits them greatly as they retain absolute power over the Senate and the White House.
I do understand that this reform is very ambitious. It will probibly need to start at the state level to prove the viability of Citizen Government. This is America so why not dream big?
