Awesome, I'll check that out. Need to optimize and cut out some of the unnecessary stuff from the site too. I've got 1000's (seriously, 1000's) of pictures to watermark, optimize, rename and arrange. Articles to write, pages to create, back-end work. It'll take months to get it together again.

Yeah, we adopted a 6 month old Miniature Schnauzer from the Humane Society. We named him Jonas. A very smart little dog. Never thought I'd be a "Daddy" at 50. :o I was reluctant to have another responsibility, but he's really become part of the family.

Yeah, I know. lol. I'm doing well. How about you? I've been meaning to get going with this site for a while now. The new house takes up so much of my time though. There is always something to do and never enough time to get it all done. Now we have a new puppy too. More responsibility, less time to get things done. I'm going to get started working on it next week, when the wife's vacation is over.

Here's a link to a blog post from Art Asylum: http://www.artasylum.com/blog/2012/02/marvel-sele.... The figures that say "available now" are the previous releases. The Wikipedia is unfortunately not always the best source of information. Anyone can edit it and sometimes it doesn't get updated with new information in a timely manner.

Hi Chris! No, they have already released Loki for the Thor movie, so he fills out your line-up for the Avengers movie too. At least, that's how DST sees it anyway. You'll probably still be able to find one at a local comic shop or on eBay if you missed getting him then.

Thank you TripleHBK! Good to hear from you. I too am really happy with what Hasbro is doing now. I hope that they can continue to top themselves and get even better along the line. I would like to see more attention given to scale and some new body types, but I was pretty happy with the first wave. Bring on wave two please! We seem to be at the end of the supply chain where I live. We are getting our new figures two months after everyone else. Warpath was a tough one because everyone wanted Deadpool. How much is he going for on eBay? I would've thought he'd be the less expensive from the two-pack.

Hi Den of Earth! Thank you for reading my reviews and for commenting. There is something about the blue version of Ghost Rider that catches the eye more than the red/orange one, I like the blue one. What was your favorite figure from this wave?

Hi Sean! Sorry it took me so long to reply. I didn't get a notification that you had left a comment for some reason. Sorry, again. Some of them are plastic. They are called Expand-a-Shelf and they are made for organizing your kitchen cabinets. Most of them are made from 2x4's I cut to size and painted. Then I stacked them 1, 2 and three boards high.

I'm doing well too, thank you. I've invested so much money into Marvel Universe already, that I would hate to have to just quit the line. I may have to do that though just to keep up with Marvel Legends again. I believe I will have to stop buying the Marvel Universe Comic Packs and the Box Sets. The Comic Packs always seem to be re-released single-carded later and the box sets seem to be just variants of previous releases. Display space is becoming a big issue for me as well. I'm going to have to start being more selective about what I can display too. I stopped buying Marvel Select some time ago. The only real draw for me were the bases because I could use them with my Legends. $23.00 is just too much for a base though. That's good to know about Nick Fury. I probably should get him if I see him then. I've had other figures I've waited until later for and regretted it.

Good to hear from you John! How have you been? I was tempted to get Lord Asgard Thor because the new paint apps on him do look much better, but I just couldn't do it. Collecting action figures has become so much more expensive these last few years. I have so many lines that I collect, that I'm going to have to start to cut out some of the repeats, repaints, etc. Mainly in the Marvel Universe line, I suppose. We still haven't seen the Captain America figures here yet. I will pick up a movie Cap, but I'll pass on Ultimate Captain America since I have him already. I still haven't decided on Nick Fury yet. These would have probably sold much better if they would've had these ready when the movies came out, instead of month's later.

Hi Davey! I agree with everything you said!!! I'm hoping we get to see some more of 2012 Wave Two at NYCC.
