They don't teach "hate" of homosexuals, as you say. They simply disagree with the behavior
The only intollerant, divisive group I see is those on the left who feel that only their beliefs are correct and anyone who disagrees with their views is attacked. Where is the "inclusiveness and tollerance" in that? The Boy Scouts are upholding their beliefs as is their right.
Nice to see the auditors report addressed the "auto shut off" issue. Officers and supervisors have been requesting an additional battery to be installed in the car trunks so the system would not shut off while the cars were not running (auto shut down after 10 minutes prevents dead car batteries). City would not put them in for cost reasons only - even though they knew it created significant problems with the camera systems (i.e. - an officer suddenly responding to a call with a car that was parked, the computer system has to be rebooted and the officer go through a log in proceedure before the camera and body mic will activate - something an officer cannot do while doing emergency driving and having to take emergeny action at a call.) Officers want the cameras and mics on, as it protects them also.
Don't blame that person. The unit handling the videos had been reporting on problems / outdates for their system and begging for new equipment / budget $ to purchase it......the SPD administration kept turning them down. Not until 1 year after the total system failure did they even start to fix what had been requested all along.
Wish KOMO would post the vehicle / supect description so we could all be on the look out for these low life scums.

Why do we care about someone's sex life. Stop talking about private matters.
Better yet - have Inslee take back his resignation and finish out his term........,saving the taxpayers $1,000,000.
