Love this, Heather. I'm going to chug some water before dinner gets here. The no-fat thing is so true. I used to be a girly-diety kind of eater in college, avoiding all fat. I was so unsatisfied with my meals that I chowed on rice cakes and gummy bears all day. Turns out they have calories.

I did not know that! But what's not to like about Little House? I'd say the little fairy was most likely Willie Olsen.

It's true, you were the gateway to info products. But info products aren't the problem. Info product abuse is. I'm learning to control my addiction. I've reached a place where I only take the free ones, unless they're really worth paying for. Like yours.

Ha! I never saw Sooner or Later but I looked it up on youtube and you can tell she's like, "if loving your hair is wrong, I don't want to be right."

I can't believe I forgot Tasti-D-Lite. That was a dark chapter, especially going cold turkey. Couldn't just taper off, like with carrots.

I also can't believe I forgot Tasti-D-Lite. Especially when i had to stop cold turkey. With the carrots and stuff, I was able to taper off. Tasti-D was a cruel mistress.
