Ken, I do not understand what the loss must feel like to the families of this tragic situation. I wish we could turn the clock back and intervene on the victims behalf. I am a believer that an individual who is set on committing a crime will do so with whatever tools or avenue is available, that being said this same weekend we saw other murders even that of a 13 year old in which a gun was not used yet the outcome was the same.I believe as an adult each individual is responsible for his actions, but where were this guys friends and family when he started this spiral down? no loss of life is ever a good thing, but I am relieved that the shooter was not taken into custody alive to cost the public hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and possibly millions if sentenced to death
there are exceptions to almost every rule, but I don't believe that criminals will usually look for guns at "gun shows"
whats worse? somebody who want's to say what they think or somebody who thinks that they have the right to tell someone that they don't know or know credentials of what their value is? I don't get my value from what you think or say, but if you want to be taken seriously, you should approach your statements with a more refined approach. For example; I don't agree with you about your statement on this topic I think it is inappropriate and or in the wrong forum. If you use language they way it is designed to be used you will have more veracity and people will value your statements more. I also share your passion and drive but have learned to use restraint it pays off.

There is also a new form of negligent driving that is an instant $1,400 ticket plus impound which is $400 more, his thought process was basically if i don't try and get away I will have to pay 2K, I will be in jail and probably lose my job because I can't get to work...etc I agree that this fellow rider made a poor decision, but you can tell by the outcome that the trooper crashed he was driving above his abilities too which also costs us tax dollars.
