I do not get it why does it have to be sooo sooo complicated ... The more rules & regs u add more corruption or whining seems to happen !! They should have just let all these companies so called too big to fail ... fail Yeah it would be sad that lots of people would have been out of work or lost lots of money etc. but .... isn't that happening anyway !! Only now since gov. got involved we are so busy fighting or blaming this and that party / person. Who knows maybe if Citibank or BOA got knocked down some of these smaller banks or insurance companies would have or could have stepped up to the plate grew their companies and hired people etc. .... The fair tax .. why can't we support the fair tax .. nobody seems to understand our current tax code even the people who are over it don't get it ... so why not make it simple .... sorry call me naive ... but I just dont get it .. i know we live in the best country in the world and I love it .. but right now I think we really really need to get this crap under control
