Wonderful as aka ways but a great tie back to all the other San Diego garbage at the base if it all. This is the SD Mayor that gave that huge Tirnaround speech on Marriage Equality isn't it?! It was actually very shocking at the time, I remember seeing it live!

Just going to watch, but Codey says he is getting flak from 'some gays' and may have to take it down. I surely hope not! Military brass need to KNOW what is going on.

Sharing to my fb. site as I have a number of friends not well informed about the history of the movement.
These will be great articles for them to read.

As a retired MD, and fierce Straight Ally of GLBTQ I am ashamed of the misinformation given out for 'Ratings.'...

Very good pieces.
PFLAG also puts out straightforward honest literature. As would GLSEN I would think.

...RE the March. I hope many are going. TR has a list of celebrities going... but remember this too.

COMMENT there:Please. PLEASE.
At the march, have a sign with a number:
The number of LGBTQI Americans who WANTED to attend but could not because they are mentally or physically disabled, or living well-below the poverty level, etc.
I would be on that list. We feel as if we do not matter to the "activists", and feel as if we are never represented.
It feels as if NO ONE is able to protect us from a country over-stepping its bounds when it comes to voting on civil rights. (Joe B)

...and I say: Also see JOE's post above.

SOMEONE needs to March for those who CANT.

I hope someone meets him, if he wishes, gets his photo, makes a poster
and carries it with them during the March.

.... and Think about others you could do that for! How about all the murdered
ones over the last few years?

Just a new follower of jaysays, so I do not want to preach. But this is timely, as it just came to our attention on other blogs I follow, thanks to a great post from a deaf bisexual.
Radio shows and videos without transcripts are useless to them!
There is a House Bill HR 3101 to help remedy this for larger media.

For our own 'in house' stuff we have to figure it ourselves.
I will listen to this as soon as I can as I am interested in transgender issues,
.. and will possibly transcribe. Please cnosider that for other 'voice only' postings.

Can't find it now, but there was a cute piece I read yesterday, about a Minnesota LOVE Bus from St. Paul that took couples down to be married. Will keep looking.
