14 years ago @ Breitbart.tv - If you recall when the meter reader said he discovered the body, there was a white board that appeared to possibly be a marker, maybe to come back later and move it? Also, there is suspicion that the meter reader found the body and moved it so no one else could find it because of an award (or blackmail?)
