Holder DID modify it! Operation GunRunner was scrapped by the Bush Administration.
Holder and Obamao "Modified" it to let guns walk directly into Druglord hands without Mexico's Cooperation.

We haven't been able to be energy independent because the Enviro-Nuts in the Socialist/Democrat Party hasn't let anyone drill or create new power plants since Carter!!!
It wasn't ENRON that caused the Energy crisis, it was and is the Democrats.
California should be an energy exporter, but the left crippled it into being an importer, raising the cost of energy in the process.

These are AMERICAN SOLDIERS!!! 1st Amendment protects freedom of speech, so if some dirty, Marxist OWchie Hippie can burn a flag, Our Military can Burn a Satanic book all day, every day!!!
