So you require Iran to disclose any nuclear facility, which they did, 18 months prior to the completion of said facility, and then you demand that the facility be inspected, which they agreed to on October 5, and which the IAEA actually did on October 25th through October 27th, and yet you still refer to this plant as being a "secret". There is nothing secret about it.
