If you were to ask the same question about my Premier Dalton McGuinty of Ontario then I would suggest that me and most Ontarians are worst off. He is a liar (massive OHIP tax he promised not to raise) and is completely out of touch with the people of Ontario.
This pass summer the incredible increase as a result of the HST was another slimy move by McGuinty.
I wish nothing but failure for him in his future political ambitions.

McGuinty who happens to be my member in Ottawa South is a liar.
He lied about the massive OHIP tax increase and has now introduced the deceitful HST which again is a huge tax grab from Ontarians.
The Ontario electorate are a bunch of sheep. At least in BC the electorate have rebelled against their HST and it will go to a vote that will most likely negate it.
Ontarians will probably vote for Doltin' Dalton again...pathetic.

If the Supreme Court Judges have to be bilingual in order to do a good job and represent all Canadians then Members of Parliament or at least the governing party should all have to be bilingual as they represent all Canadians in the legislation and laws they pass.

Compulsory Supreme Court bilingualism a politically correct initiative...oh yes.

After 15 years of subscibing to Maclean's I find your magazine improving year by year.
Andrew Coyne and company should be proud of the various articles and research done by himself and the writers.
I don't just read Macleans anymore; I study it with red pen and ruler in hand.
Do I agree with all the comments...of course not but the fortitude and strength of its' articles and opinions makes it the best publicly distributed news arm available on the open market in Canada.
