Years ago, I broke my arm in half right at the elbow. The only thing holding the bottom of the arm to the top was skin. I was in so much pain I was nearly passing out. But the ER office staff at Overlake Hospital seemed only concerned with getting my insurance information. They took their sweet time getting me into an exam room, as well. To top it off, I had to wait nearly 24 hours, with my arm swelling to the shape of a giant squash, before they found a doctor to operate on it.

He's an inspiration. May we all aspire to his goodness.
