I think she's totally hillarious! And I'm a proud East Texas Tea Partier. From talking to Congressmen myself when working in D.C., I have to say I had nearly the same impression. She sounds like a gal from the left side o'the tracks who'd still be right fun to have at our next crawdad boil.

This article seems to go out of its way to identify the "tea party" solely with D'Annunzio, suggestion that all of us are radical loons (the writer's apparent view). D'Annunzio has some good ideas, but I'm a conservative Tea Party, Republican, Christian guy who is supporting Harold Johnson for a variety of reasons, and not just because the liberals would LOVE to point and say, "Look! See how crazy the Tea Party is, that they elect HIM!! (D'Annunzio)." We need more reason and morality in office, not just more zealots of any kind.

Given our president's recent elevation of Interpol agents above the restrictions of normal Constitutional and federal investigative restrictions, he may have an even farther reaching police force in mind.
