I go to school with Ashleys great aunt and she told me that Ashley and her friends lied saying they where going to a sleep over not to a party. YES this lady needs to be charged with more than providing alcohol and marijuana. This lady just reuined a loving family taring out their hearts, not caring what could go wrong in giving little girls alcohol, marijuana, put her behind bars for a long time to give her time to think about what she has done to Ashley and her family.
I wrote a paper last summer on wrongfully accused about 80% of eye witnesses are wrong in who they accused.
It is very hard to get both sides to agree to a new hearing or just read the reports of new findings. Oregon is a state that won't compensate for your years behind bars many other states are the same. One man I read about who was wrongfully accused got five bucks and a don't let the door hit you on your way out.
It is so easy to accuse someone and have the police, lawyers believe you even though the evidence proves other wise.
I'm all for the interlocking device in the cars of known offenders, I have a feeling though someone would find a way around blowing into the device get someone else to blow into it or have a bellows on hand. If the offender has someone else do the blow so they can go the one who dd the breath should be punished as well as the offender. It is very costly to have the device in the car so you would hope that the offender would not drive after a while of paying monthly for having it checked out, the last time I heard there was just one person in the metro area that has the corner on the market of checking the device and they get paid a pretty penny for the work.
I go to PSU and I have gone down that hall to use the restroom just about every step I would take I was ooking over my shoulder or watching for shadows on the floor. I stopped going into that area to use the restroom, I carry a solid hickory cane plus I have been trained in martial arts yet I still did not like walking down that hall. I hope PSU comes up with an idea for our saftey. Why when the rec center was being built would PSU put the bathrooms down a hall like this?
All this started in November you probably could have gotten your money back then but Sherri waited so that the liquidaters could take over so she wold not have to give ou one thin dime.

People will make sure others know about how they have been treated by a business therefore they will not do business with them no matter what the businesses excuse is on what went wrong.
