I live in that area and have had to fight my way through that mess for nearly 4 months. Seems like it's taken FOREVER. But! The truck in in a part of the project that is CLEARLY roadblocked and marked ROAD CLOSED. I wonder what an asphalt machine was doing there since all of the intersection construction has been concrete? Hmm....Any report on who the driver was? Maybe a health issue rather than bad driving?
