I'm not sure of your point. Mine is that all of the people living in this particular area have been though a lot. Many have lost their homes, vehicles, and possessions. Many are still displaced from their homes. For the residents to hear of possible violent sexual assaults and transients in the neighborhood, while they are trying to restore their lives only adds to their challenges and is very unfortunate.

Better late than never!......it is good to see the City of Boulder finally begin to use some of the 'free' resources that have been available and anxious to help recover from the recent flooding.

Why insist on keeping this list secret? Yes, there might be some hypothetical concerns, but given the context, wouldn't it be better to harness the power of the internet & social media by making this list public?

The insistence on controlling this info results in names being on the list that could quickly be eliminated if the public could provide input. In turn, the search could then focus on locating those that are truly missing.
