Yes, I can remember my days when I was starting out...
The new Z-4 hardtop convertible is out. I think I want one. There's a great article in the most current issue of Roundel magazine where they were lucky enough to get a drive in Spain. I don;t know if Chris Bangle had anything to do with the new Z-4, but there is definitely something about it that makes it look better than the original Z-4.
You know I've had a 2800 sedan and a Bavaria. They were really two of my favorite BMW's to drive. There's something about the longer wheelbase and the overall balance of the car that makes it great fun. They also make a pretty nice sound. You don't hear theses sounds any more with the new cars. I miss these sounds. Today , an older 735i drove by, probably vintage mid '80's and it had that sound. Some one ought to get the sound back into today's BMW's.
