The scanning takes only a few minutes in a manner similar to raster scanning on a television screen. The scan can be seen within the triangle. It starts at the apex of the triangle and proceeds downward to the bottom edge.

In one case, the Symbolic Coder was able to cure a man in Sweden (5000 miles away). Before the scan, remote viewing showed that his body had loose unattached fibers coming off his body. After treatment, these fibers were seen wrapped around his head. The man experienced a headache for one week with no other side effects. He was later able to get off his medication, get his job back and started skiing in the Alps with his wife and daughter. Subsequent evaluations showed that he was normal after several years.

What this procedure does is change the frequency of the antibodies in the body. Because MS is an autoimmune disease, the antibodies recognize the body as a foreign substance. By changing their frequency, they no longer attack the body and nerves.

Diabetes is also an autoimmune disease so it might work for diabetics. It also works on removing plaque in the arteries that causes heart attacks. The scanning takes longer if the person has a severe plaque buildup. In another case, a Vietnam veteran who did three tours of duty, had severe digestive problems due to being shot in the intestinal tract. Upon scanning his body through the finger triangle, the skin on his chest opened up and I could see his esophagus, stomach and intestines. At the end of the scan, the skin rolled back into place and he had no more digestive problems.

The United States has two space programs. On the front cover of the book "An Alien Harvest", there is a time-lapse photograph of a spacecraft making right-angle turns. These turns are produced by folding space waveguides to develop lift to get out of the atmosphere. A Marsian pilot is transporting an MJ12 operative to the MEPI underground base on Mars. According to Andy Basiago, he was teleported to Mars using a military teleportation machine. In fact, he met these Marsian pilots at a US military base. These spacecraft use space-time curvature to produce lift and propulsion. The second space program, which is a front for the first one, is NASA. This program uses obsolete rocket technology to launch shuttles and modules to the International Space Station in low-earth orbit. So here is the strategy. Get the Muslims and other countries involved in funding the ISS program. Get their engineers and scientists to develop this obsolete technology. This will free up our resources and engineers to work on the Mars base and development of the motherships, interdimensional craft, teleportation equipment, and time-travel systems. Don't worry about the engineers leaving their mortgaged homes, the government will bail out the Fannie Mae. Convert the Fort Knox gold bars into gold-plated tungsten bars and use the gold to pay the aliens for transporting our equipment to Mars in their motherships. Once we have all this advanced technology in place, our allies will be so far behind in knowledge and technology that it will be impossible for them to catch up. We will be able, for example, to install video cameras in hyperspace co-dimensions and tape all the activity in the Iranian underground nuclear facilities. We will be able to prevent them from developing any advanced technology. The aliens did this to President Clinton who was "dumbfounded and dumbshocked" when they appeared in front of his desk in the Oval Office. His expression was filmed by cameras located slightly out of dimension. I think this is the strategy which on the surface looks puzzling, but has another deeper purpose which is now becoming apparent.

There is no need to develop any communications protocol when communicating with the aliens. Because the early Pleiadian Federation had 100 planets, it was necessary to develop sophisticated translation computer systems in order to communicate between species. Thus they have voice input software that translates between their languages and English for example. Without this intermediary computer, one of the languages sounds likes pops and whistles which correspond to vowels and consonants. The Intelligent Insect Beings communicate directly with their computers through thought. In one case, a human male from Canada, and a woman from Guatemala were transferred to the Pleiades for relocation on Earth II. As you can imagine they were rather upset and angry. Because the IIB are telepathic, this screaming was disturbing to them. So it was possible to calm the Canadian down by saying in English that he was in no danger, that these intelligent beings were there to help him, that he would be starting a new life, and that he could communicate back to earth at any time. This sentence was relayed telepathically to the computer screen. Upon reading the message, he calmed down when he realized that he was not alone. The woman was another problem because she only spoke Spanish and the IIB did not. Being from Guatemala, one could surmise that she was Catholic. Since the IIB did not speak her language, it was necessary to send each English character in order to form the Spanish phrase which was "Que Dios Le Bendiga." This means "May God Bless You." At that point the IIB thought something had gone wrong when they said, "She is crying..." followed by a long pause, "...tears of joy!" Then one year later, it was learned that both of these human beings were the most hard working and best motivated people on Earth II. Many people who make comments say that the speed of light is a barrier to communicating or traveling around the galaxy. Teleportation in the Beamship takes less time to go across the galaxy, which is 100,000 light years in diameter, that it takes to walk across the street. And communication is in real time through the subspace manifold and the musical gateway.
