They were following Search and Recuers into the fields (after being told by LE to stay on the public roads and NOT go into the fields with S&R) yelling "What do you think happened to Kyron?" .... "Do you think he's dead?" ..... "Are you looking for a body?".
Vultures is all they are. Nothing more than vultures. BUT .... we made them that way.

LE and the FBI are highly trained and know exactly what they are doing. We as the general public are not allowed to know the inner workings of LE and the FBI. It is basically ... none of our business.
Leave them alone. Let them do their jobs even if it's not "convenient" to the public to make us wait.

Bigsmile: "Would be interesting to know why this accident actually happened" and "Once you accept the government's sovereignty over your actions and body do you not cease being a citizen and become a subject?"
Bigsmile: You've got waaaaaaay too much time on your hands.
Buckraber: Kudos

To be able to make THAT kind of decision (to try to shoot the gun out of Means hand to avoid killing him) is a decision I know for a fact that I could not make. There are too many variables. What if I miss? Means' 9mm was in the elder Havilks gut. One pull of the trigger and Havlik is dead. What if my shot sets off the gun into the elder Havilk anyway? What if I miss, but hit the 11 year old?
Too many variabes in a split second decision.
Just empty your clip into his head.
End of threat

Me thinks you have Means and a different fellow mixed up.
There was a person from the Rainbow group who went missing last year. They located his remains 3 weeks ago.

If the Havilks are on top of this, I advise you to file suit against Jackie Means and Frank Means estate A.S.A.P. All three of you will be scarred for life over this. Not to mention how it is going to effect the 11 year old. All because they allowed him to go, with a firearm, (not intervening) knowing what COULD happen.
Get ahead of her before she puts you through even more hell than Frank put you through.

Well THAT is certainly going to be interesting! As soon as she files, the investigation is going to show how much of a drunk Means was. And they WILL find people to testify about his drinking, and why they wouldn't go hunting with him. (Including his own son who refused to hunt with him. When Means was shot, his son was deer hunting and camped 10 miles away. That in itself, speaks VOLUMES)
To be THAT intoxicated and still be able to function shows that Means had been a raging drunk for years. His family needs to be held accountable for allowing him to continue to drink and put peoples lives in danger, whether it be from drinking and driving, or drinking and hunting. His own son was smart enough not to hunt with Means. (Page one of two)
