The game I would like to suggest as most appropriate for a film adaptation is "Heavenly Sword" developed by Ninja Theory and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. If I had one word to describe this game then that word would be "epic". I have been playing video games for 13 years and no other game has had a lasting impression quite like this one. The plot of the game is one based on Chinese dynasty era-like warfare, vengeance and redemption as the main character has to battle an evil warlord and his army to save her people and prevent the Heavenly Sword (a mystical sword sent from the heavens, capable of unleashing the destruction of the world) from falling into the hands of evil. The game expresses a hollywood epic-like vibe throughout. Certain scenery's in the game are so magnificent and beautiful it is easy to trick the player into thinking that the art direction and cinematography work on Heavenly Sword is done by cinema's best such as Christopher Boyle (Hero, 2046) for cinematography and Rick Heinrichs (Pirates of the Caribbean series) and Dante Ferretti (Sweeney Todd) for set design, just to name a few. Hollywood has even laid its mark on this game as actor Andy Serkis (Gollum in Lord of the Rings trilogy) has lent a hand providing the motion capture for the games main villain, and also working as the game's Dramatic Director. A bonus to Heavenly Sword is that it may very well have the hottest female lead character in video game history, even out babe-ing Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider series. Just look at the game cover and you shall see what I mean. I will even go as far as to challenge any cast member of the Slashfilm cast to search up a few high quality clips of the game (game play or cut scene) on google or you tube. I guarantee that by viewing those clips you will be drawn into wanting to play the game yourselves. Heavenly Sword is so awesomely epic that if the creators had to choose another title for the game, it would have to be Awesomely Epic!

I'm a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and am well aware that I will not be eligible for the reward. I just wanted to share my thoughts on which video game is most film like and would make a good movie and maybe have my argument read on the podcast. You guys are great keep up the good word.
