Still does it make it right to insult someone on the internet for stating their opinion? Whether that opinion is less tactful or not I believe lashing out at someone like that is wrong. And the more people realize this the less spiteful their comments tend to be. Even if this person is just looking to get people all mad, it's pointless to feed that need.
I work at a hotel and if I were to let a homeless man stay in the hotel for an extended period of time for free, regardless of his type of crisis, and did not tell my district manager, I would be fired. I also believe you can only do so much for a person before they need to help themselves. I understand this family is going through a lot, but they need to build themselves up.
I pray this family does the best they can to pull through and I hope this woman finds another job or even gets her old one back, but we do not live in a free world, not matter what.

He does have a point. Stealing is stealing. I understand that the family needed help and her just asking if the daycare could help them out was pretty nice, but nothing in this world is free. And honestly how you replied to Olav was pretty mean and hateful. He is not the only person commenting on this story who feels this way.

Yes I have. I have also lived with someone who did cocaine. Now the people who do cocaine are a lot different coming down than the people who are doing pot. Yes, pot is a "mind altering" drug, but it does not effect your body the way that opium and the other drugs it is made from do. Pot is a much "cleaner" drug than most prescription pain killers are (morphine, which is made from opium). And more cost efficient.

Heroin is different than pot because of the high and the dependency issues it can have. Yes, smoking pot can make your headaches go away and put you in a better mood, but coming down off THC does not cause you to have serious withdrawals. Different drugs need different laws.

Never mind the fact that in some cultures, if you do not have tattoos, you are considered a deviant and an outcast. Tattoos, though some are "a bit off", are a social norm.
