This statement from the IG is just a setup to get even more government control of America. Everyone knows that what really needs to happen is for the federal government to get back to it's constitutionally allowed position and out of the private sector. You are right about the taliban, women, and children. However, we are NOT the only chance they have. They can turn to Jesus, who is the Word of God Almighty and the Savior of the world. He died and rose from the dead for the Afghani's as well as the rest of us.
