Unemployment compensation is not public assisstance. Employers are required by law to purchase and maintain unemployment insurance. It is this 'policy' that pays out to the filing unemployed workers. The insurance being, in essence if not in fact, underwritten and paid for by tax dollars is the part that needs fixing

In 2003 the EVIL Bush was "in charge" so what Glenn Beck was saying was simpatico with what Chris Matthews was feeling.
Now, it is 2010 and the GLORIOUS 0bama is "in charge". Beck is saying the same stuff, but, to Matthews, everything has changed.
