I am an Organic farmer and do direct marketing. This new legislation is designed to destroy my and other like minded businesses. This is being done NOT for food safety(organic beef and other meats raised on pasture has less e-coli than big farm meats- often no deadly strains at all).
No this is being done under the guise of food safety but is made for Monsanto, ADM and the like. You see they cannot compete in the Organic Market nor can they compete with the fresh local food initiative therefore, they have conspired with the Obama Admin to destroy what they cannot takeover.
Just when it looked good for the small family farmer we have the US gov.t once again siding with big corporate farms.
If the people of this country do not stop this everything you eat will come from a machine mechanical farm with no regard for quality.

Once again someone needs to put race in the equation to try and subdue critics. I don't care what color Obama is he is a Socialist and I hate that. Not his color. I read a lot of people fearig the Gov.t imposing Martial Law. That is possible but i have a hard time thinking our military will go for it. The messiah will have to bring in the blue helmets. What a mistake that would be. In the meantime join the NRA or other gun rights orgs as they are the ONLY ones trying to protect all of your rights. Ya know I have breezed throught his piece of you know what. Seem to me that the main focus is to ensure that groups like ACORN get even more money. Much of the bill relates to non-profit orgs that are workng on social engeneering in low income areas etc. It seems little or no money will be available for the middle class neighborhoods or affluent neighborhoods. There goes the tax money to the lib voting block again.

If and when this is passed the military draft will be brought back and you will be given a "choice" this program or the military. USSA is closer than you think!

Seems like all the Volunteerism is being forced on us. I for one want to choose where and how my family helps others on our own. Don't think that is long lived though.
