Do you think it is possible that you could use the term "medical marijuana center" as opposed to "pot shop"? Or, at least save that term for the time in which marijuana is legalized and the term "pot shop" would be more fitting?

Good luck Michelle. It is fortunate that the preliminary injuction I obtained for my client has caused the City to rethink shutting you down. I hope both our cases prevail and that the City will work towards a more cooperative and collaborative relationship with MMJ businesses.
