Loss of "services, society and consortium"? The fact that Mr. Loyd's wife is suing an 11 year old, the kids probably doing him a favor.

Also can you sue an 11 year old, wouldn't you have to sue the parents. The article said the Sherriff served the child.

Please judge throw this out and then allow the kid to countersue for a frivolous lawsuit.

Have you been to an ER in a large city lately? In Salem you feel like you’re in a different country (Mexico). They are there for the most minor ailments. If you go there with a major medical problem you better plan on waiting four hours minimum.

True, parents are the problem. They know the state will support them. Most responsible parents wait until they are financially ready for a child. People on Welfare have them so they receive more benefits. Poverty breeds poverty in most cases.

This should outrage all taxpayer(voters), including the legal hispanic population. Thier tax dollars go to support illegals as much as the rest of us. I'm hoping this backfires on President Obama.
