a). You're accepting Paul O'Neill's version of a conversation, a guy that was fired by President Bush.

b). The context of Dick Cheney's statement, that deficits generated by tax cuts don't matter is ABSOLUTELY correct. And THAT was proven under both Presidents Reagan AND Bush by the RECORD tax revenue they brought in.
