Michael Moore is one of the reasons his home town of Flint does not have any manufacturing anymore, when he worked for GM he was nothing but a thorn in GM's side he moaned and groaned about everything GM did. When GM management went to the plant where he worked GM asked for consessions to keep the plant open, if there were no concessions made they told the workers they would close the plant, What did Moore do? He stood up at a meeting and said close the plant. What did GM do? They honored his request and put 4000 + workers out of work. What happened to Flint, Mich. ? It became a ghost town.
