The muslim world has not done anything in the science arena, because of islam.. before islam, they were allowed to think and imagine. after the birth of islam, they are not allowed such free thought and have been stuck in 670 ad since. Just go through history and try to find anything of importance coming out of any islamic ruled country in the last 1000 years...
Look, they are debating today, in 2010 about weather to stone a woman to death..... Stone a woman to death, as in tie her up in a laundry bag, or bury her up to her neck, and pelt her with stones until she is dead.. that is what they concern themselves with in islamic countrys.. defiantly not science and advancement..
