Strike continues.
Longer the better.
Gives the district time to get replacements ready to go. Once that process is complete then school can continue, probably better than before and the union can just suck it.

Go into the schools and see all the notices posted in multiple languages. Especially the ones that let people know that they can get FREE HEALTH CARE REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE LEGAL CITIZENS OR NOT.
