Some of those dollars have signatures from me and my kids. All 3 of my sons have eaten there after scout outings over the past 10 years. It's a favorite stop for them and for our family when we go camping up at Lake Crescent. The Fat Smitty Burger is the best! Can't wait to help "repaper" the walls again.

From the original Kitsap Sun article..."Patrick Warga, a tugboat captain with Foss Maritime in Seattle, was in Tampico, Mexico, on Christmas morning when he was robbed and beaten with a rock, according to family friend Trevor Ziemba.
Warga left the boat the night before with a shipmate to attend a Christmas Eve celebration and service at the town's church. The men hoped to catch a taxi back to the ship, but the driver wouldn't drive to the part of town where the shipyard is located after dark, Ziemba said. As a result, the men stayed in a hotel in town where it was safe, planning to return the next morning.
Warga went out for a cup of tea before heading to the ship around 7 or 8 a.m. Christmas Day, Ziemba said. Warga was discovered missing when his shipmate went to Warga's room and he didn't answer the door. He was found a short while later.
Warga was flown Monday to a San Diego hospital, where he was placed in critical care. Warga was not expected to make it through the night Tuesday.

I'M A SURVIVOR TOO!!! In October I had 3 heart attacks and even died of a cardiac arrest...and that was only a month after I took my kids and fled after finding out that my husband planned to kill all of us. So, where do I line up for my free money?!!

The more I read about this "woman" (that's still open for debate), the more I think this was all a set up by her. I really hope she shows up in the courtroom wearing this exact outfit. My guess is that the judge would tell her to cover up or be jailed for contempt. Ooops, I think I might have just have given her an idea for another lawsuit.

WalMart's response: "May we PLEASE have that in writing!!!" Oh promises, promises, promises.

And here my kids and I joke around that we feel overdressed when we wear our jeans and t-shirts if we have to run into WalMart.

Uh yeah, right! How about it being on his mind that he was going to go to jail for a long time for murdering a woman and her unborn baby?!! My hope is that if this trashy family gets any money at all from the LAPD, then my deepest hope is that his victim's family sues his family and gets every last penny of it. Now THERE would be some justice!
