The first order of business? - two words - RE-ELECT NOBODY!

I don't get it ! The American people elected the Democrats knowing taxes would increase. They even welcome Polesi's insanity, the latest of which is "windfall" tax on retirement funds. Well first off - how is many years of saving even considered as windfall. AND - could somebody tell me how this is not considered double taxation. I already lost, like many others, in the market. My retirement funds are down about 50% , and now I may have to pay WINDFALL TAX???.
Were the hell are the millions of people who voted against this administration. I am proud to be a part of the 912project . Unfortunately, at last count we are 344,011 and counting. thats less than 1% (.0055) of the 62 million who voted for McCain. Where are these people who listen to Limbaugh, Hannity and Beck. They listen and do nothing???
I send e-mails to all my freinds - most of whom are Democrats, all information I know to be fact - nothing sarcastic or demeaning. (Boy! - that's hard) - I write my congressman and representatives - ARE YOU?

You are 100% correct. I may be mistaken, but I think I read 99 million people did not vote for Obama. We can only be heard if we are united in great numbers on the specifics....stop spending, term limits, imigration etc. How about a top ten for starters that millions agree with? We need big numbers and a set goal. Thank God, GB started this, but we STILL seem to be preaching to the choir. I did not read all comments since the start of this site - so if I missed something - direct me please

As you know, a GREAT NUMBER believe conserative talk radio, Hannity , O'Reily and yourself as Wacko. These people will never change their opinion of the now popular conservative voices. I and the many who have signed on THANK YOU , but all due respect - if possible, find us a representative to head up our cause.

Hopefully this will be addressed. In addition, my attemp to e-mail congress or house representatives was
difficult. A form letter which can be cut and pasted would be nice.

I'll pay my federal taxes to keep the Armed Forces protecting me, the State taxes to fix my roads - other than that - get the hell out of my life.
