According to who? He sure doesn't have the Constitution backing him up. He seems to make it up as he goes. Why do we need proof of citizenship to get drivers licenses? Or passports?

I agree with previous posts. I don't see how Obama can avoid impeachment. And I just can't figure out how so many people who routinely vote democratic can be so naive and utterly blind. Everything's upside-down and backwards. I'm 58, grew up being proud of America, and now I'm absolutely astounded. I'm glad my grandfather isn't around to see this--he'd have a stroke.
Oh, and we need to light a fire under Republicans who play "nice" and just assume that Kagan will be the next Supreme Court Justice.

Ordinarily, one would expect that a full investigation would be done and a final conclusion would be reached. Whether that is likely to happen now, I don't know. Obama has made himself untouchable and answerable to no one. But at least now the questions are being asked. And I hope it matters to Americans whether they can get an honest answer to a simple question. With all the other records missing too it seems reasonable to conclude that something is being suppressed. Add to that the testimony of his grandmother that Obama was born in Kenya, and the fact that the Kenyan people openly celebrate one of their own people becoming president of the United States, I can see why any reasonable person would have doubts about Obama's eligibility. Too many lies. Where are Woodward and Bernstein when you really need them?

Popularity is highly overrated. Why should McCartney's ignorant pronouncements mean anything to me? How does that qualify him to open his mouth to do anything but sing? Celebrities are a joke...as if I care what they think. Paul has opened his mouth once too often and displayed his ignorance, arrogance, and foolishness for all to see. Go home, limey.
