So you are saying fat people shouldn't people get bashed? Don't get me wrong, I know some people have medical conditions, but the fact is a majority of obese people are that way because they are weak and cannot control themselves. My dad is huge and sadly I know all about it. So don't go defending fat people unless they have a medical condition - or extremely sweet, maybe.

But the point is if they didn't want Tarantino to make his own damn movie, then they should have invested their money somewhere else. Seriously. Why have someone make a movie for your studio only to butcher it due to what you think it should be like? They are not filmmakers and it is not their own personal project - they honestly do not know what is best. If they are only out for money, why the hell don't they invest in something the majority of idiotic America will buy into, like Paul Blart or Fast and Furious.
I bookmarked the Veronica Mars page. I'm sure to be watching the first season again this summer. Great show.
This remake craze will end once Hollywood realizes they aren't making any money off them (meaning you people better not support them because I'm not!). Hollywood needs to realize supporting original ideas is the best plan.
Looks like a good movie, but not a good movie about Sherlock Holmes. I don't know, I'm excited but at the same time apprehensive. Damnit.
He wasn't terrible, but to me he just isn't the man to get the job done. But yes, the screenplay was the central problem to Race to Witch Mountain without a doubt.
I don't see how the man who wrote The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past also wrote the screenplay for The Hangover. I guess he could have done it for the paycheck, I suppose, but still. Is there no integrity left? But I do like your idea of a retros '60s style Tomorrowland movie. Maybe you should write the screenplay ;)
Hopefully this film doesn't turn into yet another one of Disney's cash-in's like so many other of their films have been. Pixar shouldn't be the only division of Disney making quality films.
But they have The Rock attached to this...and not Johnny Depp. So while they say this is similar in tone to Pirates, it will certainly be more like Race, performance wise. Which is sad. Learn to cast better Disney!
