Why would you host a symbolic "book burning" event that only serves to showcase your own ignorance?
Plus, to any intelligent person it flies directly in the face of the church's own name: "Dove World Outreach Center"

Great way to send an olive branch, folks. I think you ought to burn your own bibles, if that's the only enlightenment you took from it.

ROFLMAO... so, fictional characters celebrating a fairy-tale holiday is cool, but indoctrinating young minds with the idea that Mankind could have a real impact on our one-and-only planet gets you all this riled up? Sorry, but I choose to clean up my own messes and tend to leave things the way I found them. It's all based on this novel idea the selfish love to ignore... the Golden Rule.

First and foremost, a woman was murdered. If you choose to take that bit of info, and craft it into a joke, then in my personal opinion, you're no better than the trash responsible for her death. I am really sick of the trolls who feel that human life is more valuable under one religion than another. If these comments are the new face of Christianity, I think Jesus would disown you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Too bad people see this article as a punch-line to their Obama jokes for some reason. Speaks volumes about our culture, and more specifically about the person making the comment.

Andrew Breitbart, you should be proud of your fans/readers - you really are attracting the intellectual cream of the crop!

What's the crime-rate in Baghdad vs. Miami, or South Central LA???

Does Habib's Hummer have a better chance at being stolen/blown up as Miguel's Mercedes in Miami? I think those stats would be interesting, and enlightening.

:)

LOL, on this board, yes... stupidity strikes again and again and again.

I'm happy to edumacate you though... only three dots per ellipses, and only one closing parenthesis per opener.

Sailandski, nice try subverting one argument into the "Gay marriage" and "Abortion" arena. Stick with one topic at a time. This discussion is about how intollerant folks are, and you only prove the point with your own intollerance.

You wrote 5 sentences, and made assumptions about topics I've never even commented on, and said I am OK with stealing. If that is what you are learning about on Sundays, it isn't Christianity.

Yes, because addressing "stupid people can't help being stupid" with empirical data is just as pointless as arguing who could win an MMA match between the Prophet Mohammed and Jesus Christ, the Superstar.

If Jesus were alive today, I honestly think he would agree with ME. (...and he would also whoop the turban right off Mo' by simply turning the other cheek - something that every Christian on the board has yet to do.)

GUNNYG is the "thinking man's conservative"

Don't you have a tea-bagging party to attend?

Personally, I don't EVER hope for the death of anyone, regardless of idealogy... it's bad karma... it is also what seperates the civilized world from the barbarism of the extremists.

It's funny how GUNNYG and others sound exactly like the extremists they hate so durn much!
