she is carrying it to protect herself against the dog that is allowed to stay there, and for you to say it's just a dog show's you are a burnt out bulb short of active brain power...and this is important news the dog needs to be put down and the owner's did acknowledge responsibility the first day by saying they can't afford to pay the vet bill for Heidi now they are afraid of being sued so of course now their saying it wasn't their dog..the owner's are probably afraid they might have to get jobs and pay their own way and take responsibility...
