Here is the definition of racism:

The prejudice that members of one race are intrinsically superior to members of other races or discriminatory or abusive behavior towards members of another race.

I am not racist. I don't even believe there is a scientific basis for race. Since I am not racist, you need to get over it yourself. Not everyone is racist.

In the days before I lost my job in corporate America, there was always a new red-hot who would come along with a new initiative to get 360 degrees of input from all stakeholders. But in the end, nothing useful was done, because the red-hot's incentives were to keep things the way they were.

You are not likely to be rewarded for listening to people like us, but the Unions, Businesses, PACs and other money brokers will make sure no matter what you say to us, you will do their bidding.
