I do live in Florida and voted for Crist as governor. He was the lesser of 2 evils at the time. He is truly an embarrassment to the Republican party. He is not a values driven Republican but is driven by the poplulist commentary de jour. Instead of standing with true leaders like some other Republican governors, he has welcomed stimulus money with open arms along with all of the strings attached. He is as close to a Democrat as there can be and it would be truly a disaster if he were elected to the Senate.

Im about half way through now. The book is basically essays and speaches by progressives from the early 1900's in their own words. very scary how they thought then and how our Washington officials are trying to think. It is a great base for the understanding of the true meaning of progressivism

Cant believe we agree again! Amazing how great minds think alike!
I forwarded this story to all of my Jewish friends and they all voted for his magesty. Maybe now they will see that he is no friend to Israel! This is just the beginning.

You are so right and it scares the hell out of me! This living document theory coupled with the growing transnationalism movement will be the death of the US as we knew it.

You know I went to the social security office the other day to do a name change. The federal government has been running that since the mid 30's. That took me 2.5 hrs to show them paperwork and send me on my way with the promise that the new card was "in the mail".
How the HELL does anyone in their right mind think that the government can manage this crisis or all of universal health care if they cant get social security right after 75 years?

From a middle aged Marine. I couldnt agree more. The military's hands are tied from a glad handing president who believes smiles, bows, handshakes and "acceptance" are the way. Plain and simple there are some behaviors that ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE and we as a nation, led by our Commander-in-Chief should be showing them that this is unacceptable behavior.

Amen, he his maintaing (as lawyers do) plausible deniability at all costs. When or if the outcome is bad he will point the finger to others. If it is good he will take credit for it. He is NOT a leader!! His lack of international policy experience is shining through as conservatives knew it would!!
