Wow! This is the best thing I’ve read in the newspaper in a long time! I think Zoe deserves a HUGE round of applause, but let’s not put the cart before the horse. Let’s support her cause by attending her show, or better yet, by helping her (she’s 12, after all, right? It’s not easy to move in the business world when you’re a twelve year-old girl) and pitching in – money, time, logistics – whatever we can do. Let’s make this a huge success that we can all be a part of, and we can all be proud of.

I have some sound equipment… I have experience with stage productions and fund raisers. I will make as much time available as I can if you (Zoe) would like some help. I will pledge a $50.00 donation right now. The devastation in Haiti is far away and some people may be able to ignore it, but like Zoe, I can’t. I’m not a man of means, but I can tighten my belt for those less fortunate.
