Wrong, the TP wants lower taxes for ALL, as this has proven, time and time again, to stimulate the economy. Start with "The Federalist Papers", then graduate to the "Anti-Federalist Papers and the Constitutional Convention Debates", in order to truly understand how our form of governance is supposed to operate.
